I’ve used this blog heading before — and a very similar image — back on 21 February this year. This time, I’m keeping the theme going as I head back to Florence (the one in Alabama) to deliver another Lean training programme for the Agile Strategy Lab at the University of North Alabama.

Please keep 2 and 3 February 2026 clear and join us in Florence, where, in a relaxed and highly interactive environment, you’ll explore the core principles and fundamentals of Lean. You’ll also apply practical tools and techniques through a controlled simulation and benefit from the insights gained from more than a decade and a half of implementing Lean in higher education institutions around the world.
